Dr. Amanda Powell MBChB MRCS MBA
Co Founder & CEO
Dr. Amanda Powell qualified as a doctor in 2005 and gained her surgical membership from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2009. She specialised in Orthopaedics, Plastics and Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine before setting up her own global wellness clinic partnership chain in Singapore, Marbella, San Diego, Prague, Milan and London.
Whilst setting up clinics, she found her interest in business and left medicine to pursue her entrepreneurial ventures. Using her knowledge and experience in medicine, Dr Powell also provides consultancy in skincare, wellness, longevity, health and beauty tech. She has also recently completed her MBA with London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Dr Amanda’s latest venture is with CELLRETURN, the South Korean LED technology pioneers, who use NASA-derived technology for health and beauty. Dr Amanda co-founded her exclusive distribution company in the United Kingdom and now expanded her venture into the Middle East. She is also currently working on BioHacking projects looking into HealthSpan, Longevity and Wellness. She is constantly innovating, creating and seeking new challenges and opportunities to disrupt the market.

Kyriakos Kyvelos (Hellas)
Director
Kyriakos founded Saudi Investment Group in 2014 and until today is the group’s CEO.

2019: Joined BAB Holdings (Jeddah, KSA) as Senior Advisor for Investments
2011: Joined FINEXTRA PARTNERS as a Partner. FINEXTRA merged with Chartered Associates Corp. and today maintains offices in Toronto, ON, Canada, UK, Europe and Asia.Today, Kyriakos is an Advisor for the verticals of Maritime, Mines & Minerals, Hospitality.
2011: Co-founded GreenAl Renewables Africa with the view to develop and manage renewable energy & environmental projects in the greater West Africa region.
2010: Co-founded the JV between the Republic of The Gambia State & Gallia Holdings (a private investment company) for the national sea passenger transportation sector and then Gambia Ferries Management Company (Banjul, Gambia) where he appointed as Managing Director until 2014.
2008 -2010: COO of HBTC Group of Companies (Jeddah, KSA) mainly managing the Naval Services and Real Estate arm of the group.
2007-2008: COO of Maritime Holdings (Bristol, UK) a Maritime & Naval Services firm specialized in the sea passenger transportation.
2003: Founder & Managing Director of Marine International Services Group with offices and presence in Hong Kong & Jeddah (KSA). The group offers specialized services in the sea passenger transportation vertical.

Din Usman, Chief Business Development Officer
Din Usman is a seasoned professional with a track record of success in the medical device industry. With a strong background in launching innovative products, He has played a pivotal role in introducing cutting-edge technologies to the market.
He excels in building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians and purchasing managers. By fostering these connections, Din has significantly expanded market share and revenue for his organization.
In addition to relationship management, Din is adept at conducting educational initiatives for dermatology professionals. Through product demonstrations, workshops, seminars, and training sessions, he ensures that practitioners are well-informed about the benefits and features of the medical devices he represents.
Furthermore, Din is skilled in negotiation and contract proposals, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. His collaborative approach extends to working with regulatory teams, particularly in navigating the intricacies of product registration with the Ministry of Health in the Middle East.

Russell Liew
Business Development Associate
Russell Liew is a dedicated professional with a demonstrated history of tenacity and innovation. Known for his determination and strong work ethic, he excels in project management, relationship building/maintenance and the drafting and analysis of documentation.
A recent graduate of the Master of Laws (L.L.M.) programme at University College London, Russell was awarded with the Law Faculty Research Prize for his work on his dissertation which explored the field of corporate law and its relationship with ESG principles within the United Kingdom. He was also an honours student during his time at the University of Groningen where he specialised in International and European Union Law and spent some time on the ethical dimensions of medical and business innovations.
He has also nurtured his professional interests through diverse experiences in marketing and law, developing a keen understanding of market dynamics, client engagement, and strategic communication, complementing his legal skills in analysis, research, and problem-solving.
Russell’s multidisciplinary background has fostered a holistic perspective which has sharpened his adaptability, creativity, and leadership capabilities. Coupled with his deep enthusiasm for further growth and a strong determination for entrepreneurship, Russell looks forward to bringing novel insights and innovative solutions to challenges.

Nicholas Kairis
Legal Counsel
Nicholas Kairis an active business and legal counsel to enterprises for almost twenty-one years, in Greece, Germany, Cyprus, the U.A.E. and the U.S. Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1998 and having established his own law firm in 2004 his fields of activity have been banking, financial and international trade law and respective transactions and derivatives, both OTC and within commodities’ exchanges, with a special focus in regard to compliance and regulatory for various financing structures, collateralization of commodities, corporate bonds and IPOs in various jurisdictions. He had many years of collaboration with the Moratis – Passas Law Firm, which was functioning as outsourced legal counsel to both Citibank N.Y. in Athens/ Greece as well as Laiki Bank in Athens. He was also able to also assist operations in the U.S. regarding issuance, underwriting and legal opinions on securities. Holds post graduate studies diploma from the Law Faculty of the University of Heidelberg in the fields of international arbitration and participated to seminars at the University of Strasburg in the fields of corporate law. Has taught specific legal contractual forms and maritime financing at the Hellenic Shipbrokers’ Association’s seminars. Speaks Greek, English, German and French
